After the development is complete a pilot deployment is perform in order to verify together with the customer the capability of the software to answer to the business needs and to perform additional changes and adjustments upon request using change management.

The rollout takes place, which allows us to deploy the application into the production environment of the customer. We employ the best practices in the industry to ensure that the implementation is causing minimal disruption to the business operations, the activities are well planned and documented, present data is safeguarded and a risk management process is active.

Upon completion of the rollout the customer acceptance testing takes place, in order to very that all the functional and contractual conditions are fulfilled by the Kernel solution; the complete software documentation is given to the customer.

Post implementation is important to ensure that the customer is benefiting from a complete packet of specialized and customized services:
